Born to be bronzed – Return Policy

Hygiene Notice:
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened, used, or unsealed skincare products cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to borntobebronzed@outlook.com

Do not dispose of damaged items without prior written confirmation from us, as we may require the product to be returned for further examination.

We cannot accept claims for items reported damaged, broken, or missing after this 48-hour period.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Please keep a copy of your proof of postage, for your return as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:
Contact borntobebronzed@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue (photos may help).

We will provide instructions for returning the item if required.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds are processed via SumUp and typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Responsibility:
Once a parcel has been delivered, the risk passes to the customer.

Born to be bronzed is not responsible for parcels that are stolen, left in a “safe place,” or delivered to a neighbour.

Acceptance of Policy:
By purchasing any of our products, the buyer accepts this return policy.
